I am SO VERY blessed!

I got back to school yesterday and moved all my stuff into my new apartment, which i LOVE. So, today I went down to Turkey Creek shopping center here in Knoxville because it is the only place I know of that has a SuperTarget next to Super Walmart. I am so blessed that out of all the places in the world that my battery on my Volvo could have died, that it chose a walmart with an automotive department. I cannot give the men that work in the automotive department at the Turkey Creek walmart enough praise for what they did today. I went to the automotive department after calling Daddy and telling him that my car would not start and he told me to ask them to jump it. The nice man came out in the POURING rain (we are having like a monsoon) and jumped my car off TWICE! He then let me leave my car hooked up the charger so I could drive it back to the automotive dept. The then tested my alternator on my car and changed my battery for less than $70! I am still shocked by the professionalism and kindness that then men showed towards me today.

Love it when things like that happen. Gives you hope that all is still good in the world. It just doesn't happen often enough.

What is up with our weather here in the south? It's been raining cats and dogs in Virginia?

Glad you had someone looking out for you. I HATE when a vehicle breaks down.
